The goal of PetroMetriX' customer support is to provide users with a complete package including needs definition, installation, commissioning and calibration support.

Worldwide Network

PetroMetriX' field operations are based on a worldwide network of independent reps, backed up by four PetroMetriX Sales and Service Centers that offer hardware and software support, calibration service and technical advice.

North America is covered by the PetroMetriX Inc. Sales and Service Center in San Francisco, California

Europe and the Middle East are covered by the PetroMetriX Ltd. Corporate Headquarters in Israel.

Software Service and Support

PetroMetriX undertakes to train customers' professional staff on-site, so that users can maintain their own calibration models. To assist customers in installation, calibration and fine-tuning, PetroMetriX Service centers are linked together through an advanced telecommunications network which shares a common technical data base. The Service Centers support customers in the maintenance of their calibration models and help in the diagnosis of system problems. This is accomplished through computer-to-computer telecommunications via modems, and has proven to be highly effective in helping users make the most of their Beacon Systems.
