The Field Units are light and compact, do not require electricity and contain no moving parts - and since they are 100% optical, they are classified as “Intrinsically Safe”. They are therefore suitable for installation in hazardous locations, anywhere in the plant.

In the analyzer itself, the only spare part required is the consumable light bulb which needs to be replaced once every 6 months. It takes just 10 minutes to replace the light bulb and close the control loop again. There’s virtually no downtime !
